Reimagining ECMO

CDX Medical Technologies is setting a new standard in respiratory care with a next-gen ECMO platform designed for smarter delivery, easier deployment, and broader access.

The First Hybrid Axial ECMO Platform

The First Hybrid Axial ECMO Platform

We're not improving the old model. We're building what ECMO should have been from the start.

CDX Medical Technologies has developed the first hybrid axial ECMO pump to solve what's held this life-saving technology back:

  • Too complex to set up
  • Too dependent on ICU resources and teams
  • Too limited in where it can go and who it can help
Why CDX

Why CDX

Over 370,000 people in the US could benefit from ECMO each year β€” yet access remains limited. CDX changes that.

CDX is the first platform designed to break that bottleneck and unlock a Multi-$B opportunity across both acute and chronic respiratory care.

What sets us apart:

  • Portable, and simplified for non-ICU environments
  • Fast setup and simplified training requirements
  • Expands treatment potential to under-addressed conditions like ARDS, COPD, ILD, and transplant recovery
  • Aligns with hospital trends toward efficiency, mobility, and safety protocol-driven care
